It is the Medical Cover available within Rogers Aviation. Both employees and their dependents (at a certain age) are eligible.

24hour Personal Accident Cover
Rogers Aviation's employees benefits a 24hr Personal Accident Cover. This cover is solely applicable to employees only. You are covered to bodily injury that may happens during your working hours or outside the premises of the company. This scheme, both the employees and the employers contributes towards it. The minimum amount contributed by an employee is 0.2456%.
RPF - Rogers Pension Fund
Within Rogers Aviation, we provide our employees an internal pension scheme.
