RGPA - Rogers Group Provident Association 

It is the Medical Cover available within Rogers Aviation. Both employees and their dependents (at a certain age) are eligible.

24hour Personal Accident Cover

Rogers Aviation's employees benefits a 24hr Personal Accident Cover. This cover is solely applicable to employees only. You are covered to bodily injury that may happens during your working hours or outside the premises of the company. This scheme, both the employees and the employers contributes towards it. The minimum amount contributed by an employee is 0.2456%.

RPF - Rogers Pension Fund

Within Rogers Aviation, we provide our employees an internal pension scheme.

We are pleased to share the RPF Booklet and the Membership form with you.

Employee Loan

Rogers Aviation recognize the needs of its employees who is need of financial support. The management may consider granting loan to its employees on a limited scale as per the internal policy.

NSF - . National Savings Fund (NSF) Contribution All employees and employers who are liable to pay CSG contributions are also required to contribute to the NSF at the rate of 1% and 2.5% respectively. For more info click on: https://www.mra.mu/

CSG - The ‘Contribution Sociale Généralisée’ (CSG) was introduced by the Finance (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2020. TEWF - The T.E.W.F had been established under the Tourism Employees Welfare Fund Act 2002 to provide for the social and economic welfare of employees of tourism enterprises and their families. It became operational with effect from August 2003. More details are available on: https://tewf.mu/
